WHAT WE DO IN COST REIMBURSEMENT

Prepare the Facilities and Administrative proposal (the indirect cost proposal).
     We calculate rates for:
  • Organized Research
  • Other Sponsored Activities
  • Instruction
  • Specialized Service Facilities

The calculated rates are based on activity for the most recently completed fiscal year.
We send the rates to the federal government in the proposal document.
The calculated rates provide the basis to negotiate new indirect cost rates.

Review University data for compliance with federal regulations by analyzing:
  • Financial transactions
  • Human Resource data
  • Organized Research Activity Panel data in the annual departmental space inventory
