Downloadable Forms
All files, unless otherwise noted, are PC & MAC compatible. In cases where a single file is not compatible with both formats, a MAC only version is available.
The followings steps are recommended for
downloading files:
1) Hover the cursor
over the file name to be downloaded.
2) Alternate (right) click the mouse to open a list of options.
3) From the list of options select Save or Save as, a dialogue box should
open.
4) Navigate the dialogue box to save the file at the desired location.
