Student Loan Exit Counseling

Federal regulations require borrowers to complete an exit interview.  An Exit Hold will be placed on your records until you have satisfied this federal requirement.  You may receive an exit interview electronically by going to the ECSI website www.ecsi.net and following the steps to complete the interview or by visiting the Student Loans & Collections Office for a personal interview.  This ECSI website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We welcome any comments/suggestions for improvement from users.  Please e-mail them to us at um-slc@umich.edu.
