Journal Entries
A Journal Entry (JE) is a method of recording transactions, or moving existing transactions, in the University's General Ledger.
This section of our website is a training guide that provides detailed instructions on how to process a JE without involving a subsidiary ledger, such as the Procurement, Payroll, Student, Accounts Receivable or Asset Management. Note that units that have been trained by Financial Operations will be given access to process their own JE's directly into M-Pathways.
