Student Accounts Debts include: Tuition, Housing, Telecommunications, Health Service, International Health Insurance and MDENT Dental Insurance.We will notify you by letter that the debt has been transferred to us and you should contact us immediately to discuss arrangements for payment.  Our billing service, Educational Computers Systems, Inc.(ECSI) will begin sending you statements.  A $10.00 late fee will be assessed monthly to each category of debt that was forwarded to us for collection. 
Example: delinquent Housing and Tuition are transferred to us.  Late fees would total $20.00 each month.  These fees continue until a debt has been paid in full.  If we are unable to resolve this debt it will be forwarded to a collection agency and begin reporting to the credit bureaus.
