Generally, new Project/Grants will be available in the Chartfield converter within 5 days after the completed request is received by Financial Operations. The Requester, Project Director and Single Administrative Point of Contact (SAPOC) will receive an email message from Financial Operations when the Project/Grant is open and available for use. The information should be available in the Chartfield converter on the day after the email is received.
