Payroll announces new office hours. Beginning June 1st, hours of operation for the reception area will be 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday-Friday. The messenger window will be open for pick-ups between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
Please check our website for announcements regarding office closures due to special events.
The Customer Service area of Payroll is responsible for:
- Servicing customers in person at the Payroll Office Reception Area and via the phone
- Processing returned checks. Re-mailing returned W-2s and 1042Ss.
- Processing COBRA and health insurance payments.
- Retrieving e-mails from the Payroll Office homepage.
