Save Energy and Costs – Discontinue Mailed Direct Deposit Paystubs

Please help the University save energy and costs.  We are encouraging you to discontinue the printing and mailing of your direct deposit paystubs..

If you want to participate in this change, click here to open a preformatted email response. By sending a reply to this email, you acknowledge that you will not receive printed copies of your direct deposit paystubs in the mail.

Remember, online versions of your paystubs are available on Wolverine Access > Employee Business. The paystubs provide the same information as the mailed copies, and you can print them as needed. By discontinuing mailed direct deposit paystubs, you can:

  • Save paper and energy it takes to print and mail.
  • Avoid significant postage costs for the University.
  • Continue to access this year's statements, as well as those for seven calendar years, through Wolverine Access.

If you do not respond, you will continue to receive your direct deposit paystubs in the mail. If you currently do not have access to a computer or printer, please remember you can contact us in the future to cancel your mailed statements when you gain access.
