Overtime Pay Calculation Changing Effective November 1, 2009
All hours reported for a non-exempt staff member are considered eligible for pay. However, only “time worked” will be considered when accumulating the 40 hour threshold for hours paid at time-and-one-half the regular hourly rate. A detailed email to overtime-eligible staff will be sent on Oct 14.
