Sponsored Research Monthly Time Reports

The Sponsored Research Monthly Time Report is due in the Payroll Office by Wednesday, December 17th, 2008.

Electronic Timekeeper and Approver Deadline

The MOR¹ and MPP² pay group deadline is 10:00 AM (EST) on December 18th, 2008.

Reporting

The Gross Pay Registers, Payroll Data Warehouse and View Paycheck data will be made available on Friday, December 19th, 2008

Notes

1. Variations to MOR employees’ normal work schedules are reported and processed one month in arrears. For example, leave usage that occurs in January is reported by the 02-21-08 cutoff above and processed in the February monthly payroll.
2. Variations for MPP employees’ normal work schedules are reported and processed in the month they occur. For example, leave usage that occurs in January is reported by the 01-24-08 cutoff above and processed in the January monthly payroll.
